The Pro version of the plugin allows you to set crons. If this option is enabled, the plugin will generate images at regular intervals.
You can choose the post types, the interval at which the cron will run and which pages (in terms of age) will be processed.
- Relevant post type : The post types (articles, pages etc.) involved.
- Interval : Interval of the cron run. Warning: The WordPress cron system is not the same as a cron server. Therefore, the run may not be as regular as defined in the options.
- Post Date : Deadline for images to be generated. For example, if you select “5 days and newer”, all posts & pages created up to 5 days ago will be affected.
- Number of posts : Limit the number of generations for each cron pass. This prevents several hundred images being generated in a row in a single pass. Recommended number: 5 or 10.
