In Pro you can generate images when another plugin or a REST client creates a post. Enable each integration under Magic Post Thumbnail > Compatibility.
- WordPress REST requests — useful when an external service (for example an AI writer) creates posts through the REST API. Generation runs in the background after the post is created, so the REST response is not held until the image is ready.

When a compatibility option is enabled, images are generated automatically for posts created through that integration.
If the plugin you use is not listed, enable the Save Post or WP Insert Post hook under Automatic > Pre-Processing & Developer.
