# Problems with Pro Plugin

If you purchased the plugin and **cannot access Pro** on your site (for example the upgrade screen asks you to pay again), follow these steps:

- **Remove the free version** of the plugin. Two copies at once also cause `Cannot redeclare activate_magic_post_thumbnail`.
- **Download Pro** from the purchase email or from [your account](https://magic-post-thumbnail.com/account/), then install it.
- Enter your **licence key** when asked.
