# Logs

Enable **Logs** under **Magic Post Thumbnail > Logs** to keep a history of generation events.

When a generation fails, the log shows **which bank in the chain failed** and why (rate limit, missing key, empty results, verification, and so on). That is the first place to look before changing Source or contacting support. You can download the file and attach it to a ticket.

You can delete the logs and turn the option off when you no longer need them.
