# Compatibility

In Pro you can generate images when another plugin or a REST client creates a post. Enable each integration under **Magic Post Thumbnail > Compatibility**.

- **WordPress REST requests** — useful when an external service (for example an AI writer) creates posts through the REST API. Generation runs **in the background** after the post is created, so the REST response is not held until the image is ready.
- WP All Import
- WPeMatico
- FeedWordPress
- WP Automatic Plugin
- Featured Image from URL (FIFU)
- CMB2
- ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)
- Meta Box (metabox.io)

When a compatibility option is enabled, images are generated automatically for posts created through that integration.

If the plugin you use is not listed, enable the **Save Post** or **WP Insert Post** hook under **Automatic > Pre-Processing & Developer**.
